Minimal extensions of the Standard Model (SM), such as so-called Two Higgs Doublet (2HDM), can possess several accidental discrete symmetries whose spontaneous breakdown in early universe usually lead to formation domain walls. We extend an earlier work [arXiv:2006.13273] on this topic by studying more detail analytic properties electrically charged and CP-violating kink solutions $Z_{2}$-symmetric 2HDM. derive complete set equations motion that describe 1D spatial profile both 2HDM vacuum parameters would-be Goldstone bosons $G^{1,2,3}$ SM. These are then solved numerically using gradient flow technique, results our analysis presented different parametrizations doublets. In particular, we show analytically how should arise when asymmetric boundary conditions imposed mode $G^{2}$ at infinities, i.e. ${x\to \pm \infty}$. If selected \infty}$ for $G^{3}$ or longitudinal $\theta$ corresponding a massive photon, derived shown exhibit CP violation. Possible cosmological implications walls discussed.
